I Noman Aziz Mughal was fond of knife making, fabrication, operate different types of machines since childhood, but my profession was a marketer in pharmaceuticals fields. After Covid-19 I started as DIY artist, I completed some projects in woodworking but woodworking have limited operations that my urge fulfil soon. I was finding some sort of manufacturing type business for my livelihood, but I could not find meanwhile I started to visit machinery stores where I met different peoples with different domains of machine's production and services, I was not satisfied because the lack of my expertise. In this duration I watched 1000s of videos regarding machines and their operates, after some days I found Jeremy Schmidt 2x72 Belt Grinder Video that inspire me to built this machine, but the fact of matter is that while having Jeremy Schmidt Plan is not easy for the person who didn't drill a single hole in metal in past 35 years and requires a good welding expertise. That demotivate me I decided to leave the project, later on I watched Brian Housewert Video that seems easy that enhanced my motivation back, I started to work on it but at the time of payment there is no option to pay via Pakistan to USA. Once again my motivation drop down and I left the project. After Some days I watched his video with intense and try draw the design on paper and relevant measurements were taken but those were not correct so far, This time I spend a whole week to improve drawings that satisfied me, I got a little success but there was big problem to make them into CNC FIBER LASER CUTTING DFX Format, no one designer was ready to draw those paper drawing and make them DXF, I learn AUTOCAD Mechanical to accomplish my this dream, So Finally I got my laser cuts. I was just only a confusion that will these drawing work as I am expecting? So I bought some necessary machines to fabricate the 2x72 Belt Grinder. I bought Mig Welding, Drill Press, Drill Bits, Measuring Tools, Prepare some workshop necessary things like metal bench, metal table etc. I cut all tubes steel in standard measurement, Aluminum Pulleys prepared by outsourcing lathe, Summarizing I assemble the Machine. Machine worked perfectly more than my expectations, at that time I was not fully professional and I was not able to diagnose machine error, later on I sold some machines, without any advertisement or promotion. In these all scenarios I was at stage of trial and error that I need to overcome and make some professional and high-end Belt Grinder, The passage of time and experience enables me achieve such class and here is my journey and still seeking

The Belt Grinder is not easy to make or fabricate, there involves several risk like bearing sizes, Metal Inert Gas Welding while structuring the frame is too much difficult for new person, if weld wrong then the whole structure might be waste, specially dealing with the hinges.
